Introduction
Hello I am Nesta Chung. Although I created this blog for my assignment which is about globalization in politics, I think this is an great opportunity to discuss and explore more about this topic which I have never studied before.
About my family
First, let me introduce myself to you all. I am local Hong Kong girl and have been living here for almost 22 years. Why do I call myself a "local"? It's because my parents were also born in Hong Kong and live in here for 50 years, though my grandparents were not (my mother's parents came from Mainland China). I have one elder brother who is 11 years older than me. Some people may be curious about the relationship between my brother and I, but all I can tell you is that my brother always taking care of me and he had bought me iPhone 4 and the new iPad. (Is that good for a young girl ? Haha) I have a dog which is a female golden retriever and is called Bo Bo. She is 10 years old now and actually is an old madam.
My interest
Just like other Hong Kong youngsters, I love, please note that it's not "like", Japanese culture. I have learnt Japanese for nearly 8 years and already passed the N1 JLPT (Japanese Language Proficiency Test) this year. I want to work in a Japanese-owned company where I can make use of my ability, though I am a student studying English.
